EcoHome was founded in 2017 on a single conviction: that sustainable, steel-framed construction should become the standard in the UK — not the exception.
We build homes that look beautiful, perform efficiently, and last for generations. From land to handover, we manage the full development lifecycle — fabric-first by design, delivered to disciplined programmes, and built on a construction system proven by our partners internationally.
We manage the complete development lifecycle — not just the build. Every milestone is governed, reported, and delivered to programme.
“The goal was always to make sustainable infrastructure the standard — buildings that look beautiful, last a lifetime, and leave the world better than we found it. Built with precision. Designed with purpose. Made to endure.”
Walid — Founder
One route, eight fixed points. Development sets the scheme up; delivery takes it through to a closed account.
The same sequence runs on every scheme, whether it is a single house or a fifty-unit development. Nothing moves to the next stage until the last one is signed off.

Cold-formed steel sections are precision-cut and assembled in a factory-controlled environment, then delivered to site as complete wall, floor, and roof panels ready for rapid installation.
Galvanised steel coil is roll-formed into C and U profiles between 0.8 mm and 2.5 mm gauge. Every stud, track, joist and truss member is cut, punched and service-holed on the line — no cutting or drilling on site.
The structural model drives the roll-former directly. Panel geometry, screw patterns and part labelling come out of the same file the engineer signs off, so what is approved is exactly what is manufactured.
Walls, floor cassettes and roof trusses arrive as pre-panelised assemblies, numbered to the erection drawing. A typical house shell is stood up and weathertight in days rather than weeks.
Steel does not rot, warp, shrink or burn, and is unaffected by insect attack. Galvanised coating protects the frame over its design life, and the steel is recyclable at end of life.
The same system is engineered for Canadian snow loads, Mediterranean seismic zones and UK wind exposure — the profile gauge and bracing change, the method does not.
Load-bearing structures, SFS infill to hot-rolled or concrete frames, roof extensions and loft conversions, and hybrid schemes where light steel sits on a hot-rolled transfer structure.
Every component is specified before manufacture. Sections are roll-formed from structural galvanised coil, cut to length on the line, and punched for services in the same pass — so nothing is improvised on site.
Every EcoHome project follows the same disciplined build sequence — from bare frame to finished home.

Details of how we structure development partnerships are restricted. In the UK these may only be communicated to investors who meet the conditions of the Financial Promotion Order; equivalent restrictions apply in the Gulf, the EU and the United States.
Select the statement that applies to you. Nothing here is advice, and any opportunity is issued separately in writing.
EcoHome identifies and acquires development sites, secures planning, manages the full build programme, and oversees sales and exit. Capital partners fund the build. Profit is split across all parties through a transparent waterfall.
We are actively seeking capital partners and landowners across the Gulf and Europe. Our manufacturing partners already deliver light gauge steel projects in fifteen-plus countries, so the supply chain, engineering and quality regime travel with the scheme.
Whether you are holding land, deploying capital, or looking to bring a proven offsite system into your market, we structure the partnership around your jurisdiction and your objectives.
We reduce uncertainty through disciplined process, rigorous documentation, and transparent reporting at every milestone.

Tangible housing solutions built around council priorities — speed, quality, planning confidence, and community value.
Low-rise family homes and small multi-plot schemes
Two and three-storey homes suitable for residential streets and infill sites.
Infill, constrained, and brownfield sites
Our lightweight frame system is well-suited to constrained and phased delivery sites.
Phased handovers, plot by plot
Homes can be handed over incrementally, supporting council cash flow and allowing residents to move in earlier.
Weathertight shell or full turnkey delivery
We can deliver to weathertight shell stage for councils with their own fit-out teams, or manage the full end-to-end build.
Housing need, site constraints, programme — we will respond within one business day.
EcoHome was founded in 2017 with a conviction that the built environment should be both beautiful and enduring — not a compromise between the two.
The goal was to make sustainable, steel-framed construction the standard in the UK, not the exception. Having seen first-hand how poor-quality housing created long-term social and environmental costs, EcoHome set out to prove that precision-engineered homes could look exactly like — and outperform — traditional construction in every meaningful way.
“I spent years on construction sites seeing the same compromise repeated: homes taking longer to build than they should, with quality too dependent on weather, labour and site conditions. The engineering already existed to do it better. EcoHome was created to bring that precision into housing.”
Walid — Founder & Civil Engineer
But better engineering was only half the ambition.
We wanted to prove that modern construction doesn’t have to look industrial or feel temporary. EcoHome homes are designed to be architecturally considered, warm, solid and beautifully finished — homes people genuinely want to live in, not simply homes that are faster to build.
